Stefano Wulf appointed as CORIUS Group’s new CEO

Strategic development of the management structure with effect from 15 October 2024

Munich. The CORIUS Group’s advisory board has appointed Stefano Wulf as the company’s new CEO. The 60-year-old will succeed Heidi Niemöller, who, in her new role as CEO of Corius Deutschland GmbH, will concentrate her efforts on developing the German market further. Wulf has many years of experience running companies in the outpatient healthcare sector and private equity and will assume his new role at CORIUS Group on 15 October 2024.

In light of CORIUS Group’s successes since its founding in 2017 and its increasing European expansion, we now need to make changes to the current management structure to better reflect the Group’s growth. Following the appointment of Joel Euler as Group CFO in May 2024, CORIUS Group’s advisory board has therefore decided to take the next strategic step and appoint Stefano Wulf as the Group’s new CEO.

Wulf will therefore follow in the footsteps of Heidi Niemöller, who has held the position of CEO of CORIUS Group since 2018 and has been pivotal in establishing and expanding the largest European network of dermatology and phlebology practices and clinics. In her new role as CEO of Corius Deutschland GmbH, the 44-year-old will concentrate on further developing the German market and play a key role in the operative and strategic development of practices in Germany.

I am very proud of what we have achieved for and with CORIUS in recent years, and now look forward to being able to concentrate on further developing our German locations on the one hand, and on working with Mr Wulf and Mr Euler to advance the CORIUS Group on the other.

Stefano Wulf has many years of experience and expertise in the area of ambitious growth and transformation processes in the service industry as well as in the outpatient healthcare and care sector and has held a variety of leadership positions in the past, such as CEO, CFO, COO, and CRO. In his new role as CEO of the CORIUS Group, Stefano Wulf will be responsible for the Group’s further development and for ensuring sustainable growth in the coming years. His focus here is on further enhancing the professionalism and scaling of structures and processes, the associated further development of management and organisation, coupled with the combination of strategic expertise and operational implementation.

Our goal is to further bolster the CORIUS Group’s position as a leading provider of dermatology and phlebology services in Europe, draw on economies of scope and scale and Group expertise to create added value for our patients and partners, as well as being an attractive employer.
