CORIUS Group adds first location in eastern Germany to its network

Munich/ Potsdam. The second quarter of the 2023 financial year kicks off with a significant addition to the CORIUS Group as dermatology practice Prof. Dr. med. K. Asadullah joins the interregional network starting from 1 April. The practice will be a strong, expert partner in the Brandenburg/ Berlin metropolitan area with its new name, Dermatologie Potsdam MVZ.

Dermatologie Potsdam MVZ provides the whole range of general and aesthetic dermatology services. From allergology to dermatosurgery and light therapy to immunotherapy and laser treatment, the practice is a central port of call for patients in and around Potsdam. The MVZ also has an affiliated cosmetic institute.

The dermatology practice was founded in 2016 by Prof. Khusru Asadullah. The renowned specialist in dermatology, venerology and allergology is also an immunology specialist with decades of expertise and an excellent reputation to boot in the wider Brandenburg/ Berlin area, not least thanks to his teaching role as a professor of dermatology at the Charité in Berlin as well as his advisory work for the pharmaceutical industry. The practice is also home to a successful study centre led by Dr Katja Fuhrmeister, which focuses on clinical testing and observation studies with a particular focus on inflammatory skin conditions.

Medical director Prof. Asadullah and Dr Katja Fuhrmeister are joined at the practice by another specialist, Dr Christina Semmler, and three assistants in further training.
